Extruded 6063 Aluminum Profile
The mast profile is precisely extruded from a 6063 aluminum block. The shape of its section benefits from F-ONE's years of experience in kite foiling. This provides the best glide feel while maintaining a light weight.
Fully Modular
The mast comes with two stainless steel helical inserts at the top and bottom for attaching connecting parts. This makes it fully modular and compatible with the connection parts available for boards: Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle.
6063 / 6061 Aluminum Technology
Derived from an extrusion process, the aluminum profiles benefit from the great homogeneity of this material to provide perfect stiffness in both torsion and flex. All contacts with other metals or carbon parts are subject to appropriate galvanic isolation. Direct machining of 6061 aluminum blocks ensures maximum precision and preserves mechanical properties. All parts are completely anodized and stainless steel inserts are installed with insulating gel for screw connections.
