Article 3: Contractual Documents

Payment with Alma in 2, 3 or 4 instalments is available for orders from €150 to €3.500, subject to acceptance by Alma. The applicable fees are presented to the customer before payment validation.
Article 11: Product Availability
Offers are valid while stocks last. Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. In case of unavailability after ordering, you will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel your order to obtain a refund of the sums paid.
Article 12: Delivery Methods
Products are delivered to the address indicated at the time of ordering. You must check the condition of the package and its contents upon receipt and report any anomaly to the carrier and to ZEPHYR GLISSE.
12.1 Delivery Zones
GlissEvolution delivers to mainland France, Europe, French overseas territories, and internationally depending on the destination, nature, weight, and size of the products. Any customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
12.2 Delivery Times
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. The transport times displayed during the order process are indicative, unless there is an express commitment to a specific date or time.
12.3 Carriers and Costs
The proposed methods may include Mondial Relay, GLS, GEODIS, IDS or free collection from the Pornichet store. The applicable rate is displayed before the order is confirmed and depends on the contents of the basket and the destination.
The detailed price list and conditions for free shipping can be consulted on the Delivery and Payment page.
Article 13: Delivery Issues
Any damage, loss or apparent anomaly must be reported to the carrier with precise and motivated reservations upon receipt, and then quickly communicated to ZEPHYR GLISSE. The absence of reservations or notification within a short period does not deprive you of your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.
Article 14: Delivery Errors
In the event of a missing, damaged, non-compliant or different product from the one ordered, you should contact customer service as soon as possible by telephone on +33 9 62 64 74 77 or by e-mail at info@glissevolution.com. ZEPHYR GLISSE will then arrange for the product to be brought into conformity in accordance with the applicable legal guarantees. Returns should be sent to ZEPHYR GLISSE, 2C Avenue du Gulf Stream, 44380 Pornichet.
Article 15: Product Warranty
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act under the legal guarantee of conformity. You can choose between repair or replacement of the goods and are exempt from proving the existence of the defect during the twenty-four months following delivery.
You can also implement the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Article 1641 of the Civil Code.
Availability of spare parts: when information on availability has been communicated by the manufacturer or importer, it is indicated on the product sheet or communicated to you before purchase.
Legal guarantee of conformity
You have a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to implement the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a lack of conformity. During this period, you are only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date of its appearance.
The legal guarantee of conformity obliges the professional, where applicable, to provide all necessary updates to maintain the conformity of the goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity gives you the right to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of your request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to you.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, you benefit from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee.
If you request the repair of the goods, but the seller imposes a replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement of the goods.
You may obtain a reduction in the purchase price by keeping the goods or terminate the contract by obtaining a full refund against return of the goods, if the professional refuses to repair or replace the goods, if the repair or replacement takes place after thirty days, if the repair or replacement causes a major inconvenience to you, or if the non-conformity of the goods persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity.
You are also entitled to a reduction in the price of the goods or to the termination of the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies the immediate reduction of the price or the termination of the contract.
You are not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor. Any period of immobilisation of the goods for repair or replacement suspends the guarantee that was still running until the delivery of the repaired goods. The foregoing provisions are without prejudice to the award of damages.
Regardless of the legal guarantee, you may invoke the guarantee for hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Article 16: Right of Withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days to return, at your own expense, any products that do not suit you. This period starts from the day of delivery. The product should be returned, by the shipping method of your choice, to ZEPHYR GLISSE, 2C Avenue du Gulf Stream, 44380 Pornichet; you are advised to keep proof of shipment and to prefer a tracked delivery. The responsibility for return costs is governed by Article 17a; when these costs are our responsibility, a prepaid return label will be provided by us.
You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning; opening the packaging or trying the product cannot in itself justify a refusal. Your liability is only engaged in the event of depreciation resulting from handling exceeding this verification, which may then give rise to a proportionate reduction in the refund. The refund covers all sums paid, including the initial standard delivery costs, and is made no later than 14 days after the seller has been informed of the decision; it may be deferred until the product is recovered or proof of its shipment is provided.
Consumer mediation: FEVAD agreement in progress. The mediator's contact details and referral procedures will be published as soon as the service is activated. After a prior written complaint, you retain the right to seek an amicable solution and all your legal remedies.
Article 17: Return Conditions
In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, your liability is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The product must be returned complete (accessories and manuals); depreciation exceeding a normal trial may give rise to a reduction in the amount refunded up to the amount of the depreciation noted, duly justified. The return will not be refused solely on the grounds that the packaging has been opened or that the product has been tried.
Article 17a, Return Costs
Return costs in case of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, the direct costs of returning the product are your responsibility, and you are free to choose your carrier; a tracked shipment is recommended. The estimated cost of return is shown on each product sheet and is recalled when the return request is made online. It is calculated from our shipping price list and the transport rules applicable to the product and the country of delivery (nature of the product, presence of a battery, weight, size). This is an "from" estimate, per package; the final amount depends on the carrier chosen by you.
Products that cannot be returned by post. Boards and any item equipped with a lithium battery cannot be returned by post or by relay point, in application of the regulations on the transport of dangerous goods (ADR, UN3480, UN3481, UN3556). In accordance with Article L221-5, 8° of the Consumer Code, the estimated cost of their return is communicated on the product sheet before the order. These products must be handed over to a carrier approved for this type of goods, in their original packaging or equivalent packaging.
Cases where return costs are our responsibility. The return costs are borne by the seller when the product is defective, damaged, not as described or different from the one ordered (legal guarantee of conformity, articles L217-3 et seq. and L217-11 of the Consumer Code), in the event of a shipping error on our part, as well as in the event of termination of the contract for late delivery (article L216-6). A prepaid return label is then provided, or the postage costs are refunded upon presentation of proof.
Refund. In the event of withdrawal, the refund covers the price of the product and the standard delivery costs initially paid (Article L221-24). Additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard method offered are not refunded.
Article 18: Force Majeure
Neither party will have failed in its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution is delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event or force majeure.
Article 19: Partial Invalidity
If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are held to be invalid, the other provisions will retain their full force and scope.
Article 20: No Waiver
The fact that one of the parties does not avail itself of a breach by the other party shall not be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
Article 21: Headings
In the event of difficulty of interpretation between any of the headings at the beginning of the clauses, and any of the clauses, the headings will be declared non-existent.
Article 22: Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you are invited to contact ZEPHYR GLISSE customer service first. Failing this, any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts. You may bring the matter either before the court of your place of residence or that of the place of delivery of the product.
Article 23: Data Protection
The information collected is necessary for processing the order. In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, opposition and portability. Contact: info@glissevolution.com. 2. Data, Purposes and Legal Bases
- Account, order, delivery, payment and after-sales service: identity, contact details, content of orders and exchanges, performance of the contract.
- Invoicing and accounting: documents and data required by regulations, legal obligation.
- Security, fraud prevention and defence of our rights: technical logs and necessary elements, legitimate interest.
- Electronic marketing and advertising personalisation: contact details and relevant interactions, consent where required.
- Internal audience measurement: pseudonymous identifier, pages viewed, origin and technical data. Prior consent for nominative measurement; otherwise, strictly anonymous measurement, without cookies, under the exemption provided for audience measurement.
Mandatory fields are indicated in the forms. If they are not filled in, the order or the request concerned may not be processed. We do not receive full credit card details.
3. Recipients and Processors
The data is accessible only to authorised persons at ZEPHYR GLISSE and, depending on the service used, to our service providers: Odoo (software and support), OVHcloud (main hosting), Hetzner (technical infrastructure, connectors or backups), payment providers offered at the time of ordering, carriers, accounting and communication service providers. Google, Meta or comparable tools are only activated, when they are, after the corresponding consent choice has been made.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In this case, we check for the existence of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses, and apply additional measures where necessary.
4. Retention Periods
- Orders, invoices and accounting documents: 10 years from the end of the financial year concerned.

5. Cookies and Trackers
Strictly necessary cookies operate without consent. Advertising and social networks remain disabled until you accept them. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the "Manage my cookies" link; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing.
Audience measurement works differently depending on your choice. If you accept it, it is based on a cookie placed on your browser. If you refuse it, or if you do not respond, your visit is still counted, but without us being able to recognise you: no cookie is placed, and a technical identifier is recalculated every day from your IP address and your browser, then it changes automatically at midnight. From one day to the next, there is no way of knowing that it is the same person. Your IP address is not kept, nor are the characteristics of your browser.
These anonymous measurements are never linked to your customer account or your orders. They are used to produce traffic statistics, and nothing else. They are not passed on to anyone. The data is deleted after 90 days; beyond that, we only keep totals per day and per site, without any individual data. If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" signal, your visit is not measured.
6. Your Rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@glissevolution.com or to the postal address above. Proof of identity will only be requested in case of reasonable doubt. We generally respond within one month, a period that may be extended by two months for a complex request, after information.
You can also contact the CNIL: www.cnil.fr. For telephone marketing, you can register on Bloctel.
7. Security and Updates
We apply appropriate measures: encryption of exchanges, control of authorisations, logging, backups and security updates. This policy is updated in the event of a significant change; the date above indicates its last revision.
