Introduction:

Hi, my name is Damien. I live in Brittany, near the beaches of Quiberon. I've been passionate about watersports since I was a teenager, and even though my life has taken different turns, the sea and wind have always stayed with me.

Discovering watersports

At 16, after a few courses at an FFV school, I discovered windsurf. From my first runs on a Bic 250, it was love at first sight: harness, first jumps, Wind Magazine, Nuits de la Glisse... I was all in. I quickly bought my first Tiga and dove into the world of windsurf.

A passion that became a profession

At 18, I got my FFV federal instructor certification. Every summer, I taught windsurf, and the rest of the year I helped out at the local surf shop. After my studies, I went abroad to teach at Nathalie Simon and Mistral clubs: Corsica, Lanzarote, Margarita, Saint-François, Naxos, Safaga, Sal...

I then managed a windsurfing club in Cape Verde for 18 months. Back in France, I took over the management of the Quai 34 store in Rennes before turning to craftsmanship.

Watersports, always present

Even though my daily life has changed, my board is never far. As soon as a storm picks up, I head out on the water. When it's calm: longboard surf, surfoil, spearfishing, or snowboard with my Dupraz.

The Wingfoil revelation

In 2019, in Penvins, I saw a rider with a wing for the first time. A few sessions later... it was a revelation. At 54, I rediscovered the excitement of my windsurf beginnings: quick learning, constant innovation, and a friendly atmosphere on the spots.

The gear is constantly evolving, the riders' energy is incredible, and encounters on the water are always simple and authentic.

Today

My next wing? The F-One Swing/KWing 5 m². I mainly ride between Kerhilio and Penvins. If you want to talk gear, test, or just share a session, don't hesitate to come see me at the spot.
