DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Extruded 6063 Aluminum Profile
The mast's profile is precision-extruded from a block of 6063 aluminum. Its cross-section shape is the result of F-ONE's years of experience in kite foiling, delivering an exceptional glide while keeping the mast lightweight.
Fully Modular
The mast features two stainless steel helical inserts, one at the top and one at the bottom, for attaching the connection pieces. This fully modular design makes it compatible with all available board connection types: Plate, KF, Deep KF, and Tuttle.
6063 / 6061 Aluminum Technology
The extrusion process gives the aluminum profiles excellent uniformity, providing ideal torsional and bending stiffness. All contact points with other metals or carbon parts are properly isolated to prevent galvanic corrosion. Direct machining of the 6061 aluminum blocks ensures maximum precision and maintains the material's mechanical properties. All parts are fully anodized, and the stainless steel inserts are fitted with an insulating gel for the screw connections.
