The Cosmic Haze Deck
The deck measures 31.25" long by 10.13" wide, with a square tail shape and a 17.25" wheelbase. The Cosmic Haze design combines a stylish aesthetic with quality components chosen for durability and performance. It's a board suitable for all skill levels. The deck is built from seven plies of maple. Its signature feature is the deep concave under the front foot-the most pronounced in the Carver range-paired with a wider nose. This setup lets you lock in confident carves and link controlled slides on varied terrain like banks, streets, or smooth transitions.
The C7 Truck System in Detail
The C7 is Carver's dual-axis truck system. A swing arm and the kingpin work together to create two dimensions of movement-lateral swing and tilt-where a standard truck only pivots on one. A spring housed in the base compresses during a turn and is adjusted with a screw, allowing both axes to be tuned independently. The turning arc is wider than the CX's for a more drawn-out feel. Carver compares it to a single-fin surfboard, with a pumping motion that comes naturally. It's the system of choice for longboard surfers and anyone looking for maximum flow. Roundhouse is Carver's in-house wheel brand, designed for surfskating: their profile and urethane formula prioritize grip through turns and a smooth roll over pure speed. There's nothing to add or assemble, just pull it out of the box and go skate.
