The CI Fish Deck
The deck measures 29.25" long by 9.75" wide, with a fish tail shape and a 15.5" wheelbase. Its design is inspired by classic surfboards, giving it unmatched handling and enhanced stability. Built from 7-ply maple, the deck stays true to the classic fish shape, a heritage design from Channel Islands, one of California's legendary Surf shapers.
The CX truck system in detail
The CX is Carver's single-axis truck system. Its patented geometry uses a reverse kingpin, allowing the hanger to pivot far more than a standard skateboard truck, while a precision pivot ensures an immediate response under pressure. Carver compares the feel to a modern thruster surfboard: sharp turns, snappy cutbacks, and a fast, progressive ride. With fewer moving parts, it also requires less maintenance than the C7 and weighs the same as a traditional truck. Roundhouse is Carver's in-house wheel brand, designed for surfskating: their shape and urethane formula prioritize grip under pressure and a smooth roll over pure speed. There's nothing to add or assemble, just pull the board out of the box and skate.
