DETAILED DESCRIPTION
One Front Wing, All Disciplines
The Aero Free is the Swiss Army knife of the Duotone foil range. It sits between the Glide and Carve 2.0 ranges in terms of lift and handling, with a low-drag profile and a playful outline. The result is a front wing that feels at home in all conditions and with riders of all styles, from freeride and wave to freestyle, freerace, and downwind. The 1250 Size
With a surface area of 1250 cm², a wingspan of 90 cm, and an aspect ratio of 6.4, the 1250 is one of the most popular sizes in the Free range. It offers an early take-off, exciting speeds, and great pumping, and remains an excellent choice in small waves. It's particularly suited to medium to heavy-build intermediate to advanced riders, and covers all disciplines from wing and windsurf to prone foiling.
SLS Construction
SLS (Strong Light Superior) construction is Duotone's premium carbon technology. It provides high stiffness at a low weight, ensuring direct transmission of rider input and a precise response both in turns and on a straight line. This stiffness allows the 1250 to track perfectly at high speed while remaining lively and responsive when you initiate a turn.
The C 250 Stabilizer
The set includes the Aero C 250 stabilizer, Duotone's recommended match for the 1250 front wing. The C range takes a traditional approach: a moderate aspect ratio and a flat profile in the center that extends into a discreet winglet at the wingtip. C stands for control: it keeps the rider on track and stabilizes pitch while remaining loose enough for fluid turns. The thin shims allow the angle of attack to be adjusted in increments of +/- 0.3 degrees to suit your style and the conditions.

How do I maintain my foil?
After use in salt water, rinse the screws and parts with fresh water to limit corrosion, then dry them in the shade. Before each session, check that the screws are tightened to spec (15 Nm) and inspect the condition of the shims.
