QuadX Composite Structure
The Strike QUADX is built on an inflatable QuadX Composite frame that combines light weight, responsiveness and durability. This system of reinforcements integrated into the canopy maintains constant tension across the entire wing surface, eliminating deformation under load and providing direct power delivery. The profile stays stable, no matter the wind pressure.
Maximum Performance
The ratings speak for themselves: 100/100 in windrange, upwind, speed, stiffness and hangtime, and 90/100 in freefly. The Strike QUADX covers the entire wind spectrum, delivering unmatched top speed and upwind ability. The Sweep Control Panel gives you perfect control over the trailing edge tension, ensuring the aerodynamic profile is always optimised.
Pumping and Pull
The pumping is efficient and the forward pull is improved, even as the wind builds. The wide wind range delivers performance and comfort in all conditions. Maximum stiffness (100%) translates into a higher upwind angle, unmatched speed, better pop and superior hangtime. It's the ideal wing for high-performance freestyle and freeride.

QUADX COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY
At F-ONE, QuadX Composite is a laminated fabric with excellent mechanical properties, engineered for greater durability. It is based on a unique four-layer construction using the "Film Inside" concept.
The main difference from conventional composites is the position of the PET film: in QuadX, it is placed in the middle of two fabric layers, not on the outside.

Structural Advantage
The mechanical properties of QuadX come from three layers of fabric and fibres (Ultra-PE, Ultra-PE X-Ply, and polyester fabric), whereas conventional composites typically use only a single Ultra-PE fabric with one or two outer films.
Optimised to perform in all directions (warp, weft and bias), QuadX Composite delivers greater strength, responsiveness and durability, while weighing only 125 g/m². Its inherent strength reduces the need for extensive seam reinforcements during construction, which ultimately lowers the wing's final weight.

The Strike QUADX is the premium performance model. Its inflatable QuadX Composite structure provides maximum stiffness (rated 100 vs 90). The QUADX also has higher ratings than the Strike V6 in key areas: windrange 100 vs 90, upwind 100 vs 90, freefly 90 vs 70, speed 100 vs 90, and hangtime 100 vs 90. The QUADX is designed for intermediate to expert riders who want maximum performance.
F-ONE offers the Carbon Boom V2 in 5 sizes (78 cm to 120 cm). For the 2.5-3 m² wings, choose a 78-90 cm boom. For the 3.5-4 m², use a 90-97 cm boom. For the 4.5-5.5 m², select a 97-106 cm boom. Call us on 09 62 64 74 77 for more details.
