I discovered kitesurf recently, in 2020, during an introductory course that was given to me as a gift. As a watersports enthusiast, it was Alexis from Kiteevolution who helped me make my first runs on a twin-tip.

I quickly got equipped thanks to the advice from the GlissEvolution store. They always guided me towards gear suited to my level, while also offering me real room for progression.

Frustrated by not being able to ride the waves at local spots, I switched to strapless thanks to a friend who convinced me by talking about the unique sensations this discipline provides.

Then in the summer, when the thermal wind became too light for surfing, I discovered kitefoil. No more long walks upwind or sessions waiting for the wind to pick up! The freedom, the silence, the cruises. it was exactly what I needed.

Today, I try to use as many different setups as possible to multiply my sessions and I'm having a blast! I'm lucky to have two friends who have been riding since the 90s: they advised me, coached me, and passed on a true safety culture.

Originally from Saint-Nazaire, I'm 32 years old, a father of two, and I'm lucky to live very close to the Pornichet spot and the GlissEvolution shop. I work as a methods technician in the aeronautical industry, at a company located near the bay, which allows me to go riding during my lunch break or in the evening with friends.

Very young, at 5 years old, I joined a tennis club and quickly got into competition. I'm still licensed today, even though I now spend much less time on the courts. My free time is dedicated to DIY, jogging, kitesurf, wing (which I discovered in May 2023) and of course my family.

Once again, GlissEvolution met my expectations by recommending the right gear from my favorite brand: Duotone.
