The X-OVER VISOR was specially developed for hitting top speeds on the water. Its rounded shape cuts through the air and protects the back of your head during high-speed wipeouts. It's aimed at Kite race, wing foil, and foiling riders, as well as sport catamaran crews who want a helmet built for performance without compromising on safety.
IN MOLD Construction
IN MOLD technology integrates the polycarbonate outer shell directly with the EPS foam during the moulding process. The result is a very lightweight helmet that remains highly absorbent on impact. This construction is the standard for high-end cycling and speed sport helmets, offering the best balance of weight and protection.
Integrated Cat.3 Visor.
The X-OVER VISOR features an integrated Cat.3 lens that filters intense sunlight and protects you from spray. This is the helmet's key advantage for high-speed craft: when spray is reducing your visibility (on a foiling catamaran, foil, or high-speed downwind run), the visor keeps your vision clear. It's also compatible with Forward WIP replacement lenses (Maxi Clear, Mirror Grey, Photochromic).
Precise Fit and Comfort.
The internal thermoformed foam pads mould to the shape of your head. The micrometric adjustment system allows for fine-tuning to achieve a Perfect Fit with no pressure points. The magnetic buckle is easy to use with one hand for instant opening and closing, even while wearing neoprene gloves.
EN1385 and EN1077B Certifications.
The X-OVER VISOR meets two European standards: EN1385 (helmets for watersports) and EN1077B (helmets for downhill skiers and snowboarders). This dual certification attests to a recognized level of protection for high-speed disciplines, combined with its resistance to the marine environment.
Orange High Vis Color.
