French construction designed to last
The board is built around a 100% waterproof, high-density moulded EPS core, which stops the foam blank from absorbing water and getting heavy. Two ultra-flexible bamboo stringers run the full length of the board, providing essential stiffness while absorbing chop and impacts. The deck is reinforced with PE foam for extra rigidity underfoot and better power transfer through your turns. It's a durable construction, perfect for heavy use at a surf school or with the family.

How to choose your size?
For two riders of the same build, a board with more volume will be easier to paddle and more stable on take-off. As a beginner, you want volume and length: a bigger board is more forgiving of mistakes in positioning and timing. If you're between two sizes, always choose the larger one. You'll get easier paddling, more stability, and have more fun while progressing faster. A board that's too small will make learning harder, with tiring paddling, missed take-offs and a lot of frustration.
The weight ranges shown are for beginners. An experienced surfer might choose a smaller size for more manoeuvrability, but if you're just starting out, stick to the recommended size for your weight, or even go one size up.
