New ExoTex® 3 Dacron and Kevlar® Patches
For the first time, the XR X features high-performance ExoTex® 3 Dacron. Thanks to a new weave structure, it's even stiffer and more tear-resistant, with no added weight compared to conventional Dacron. The result is a perfect balance of control, performance, and durability. New Kevlar® patches provide ultra-resistant reinforcements on the most stressed areas of the Leading Edge. The Leading Edge also benefits from the CORE Power Seam, which guarantees maximum strength with every seam penetrating and binding multiple layers of material.
5-Strut Delta Bow Profile and Intelligent Arc
The 5-strut frame in ExoTex® Light offers optimal stability in all flight positions, with robust yet lighter and more responsive struts. The Delta Bow profile provides more power and more depower. The Intelligent Arc delivers considerable and finely controllable power: the projected surface area increases when you sheet in and reduces when you sheet out, offering an extra boost exactly when you need it. The CIT Modes let you adjust the flight characteristics, bar pressure, and responsiveness according to your preferences and spot conditions.
