The ION Element 4/3 Back Zip women's 2023 is a 4/3 back zip fullsuit from ION's Element series, designed for women who love being in the water and need minimal fuss to have a great time. The 2023 vintage is a discontinued model at ION; the newer model is also available online.
Hot_Stuff 2.0 and Silk_Stuff Linings
The torso and back are lined with Hot_Stuff 2.0, ION's most elastic thermal lining. It adds warmth and protects against cold wind. Silk_Stuff provides a comfortable fit on the chest and shoulders, with elasticity for the arms.
Seams and details
Critical seams are reinforced: glued blind stitch or flatlock depending on the area, with reinforced stress points. Additional protection is found on the shins.
For what conditions
A 4/3 wetsuit is perfect for spring and autumn on the Atlantic coast, and even mild winter days if you don't get too cold. It comes in four sizes, from 34/XS to 40/L.

FAQ - ION ELEMENT 4/3 BACK ZIP WOMEN'S 2023
This wetsuit is ideal for those who ride from April to June and from September to November. For full winter conditions, a 5/4 wetsuit offers an extra millimeter of warmth on the torso.
The ION size guide higher on the page provides the height and weight for each size, along with the chest circumference. A wetsuit should be chosen to fit snugly when dry, with no air creases. If you are between two sizes, call us. The range goes from 34/XS to 40/L.
Rinse it with fresh water after each session. Turn it inside out and let it dry in the shade on a wide hanger. Never dry it in the sun or on a radiator. Never fold it wet in a bag. Close the back zip before hanging it and rinse the pull tab. Sand in a zip is what wears it out.
We are a Kite and wing shop in Pornichet, on the Atlantic coast. We also have a surf shop there. We ride all year in water that drops below ten degrees in February.
