The ION Amaze Shorty Crossback 1.5 women's is a 1.5 mm sleeveless shorty with cross-back straps: ION's long version of a swimsuit. Longer legs than a swimsuit, cross straps that keep the shorty in place, basic protection from sun, wind, and chafing. Available in Black Flowers or Capsule Statement.

ION designed the ION Amaze Shorty Crossback 1.5 women's as a longer version of a swimsuit. It provides more protection for lively sessions. The legs are extended, and the cross-back straps ensure everything stays put.
Protection and layering
The 1.5 mm neoprene protects your skin from sun, wind, and chafing. For cooler conditions, ION offers a zippered neoprene jacket or a wetshirt to layer over it.

FAQ - ION AMAZE SHORTY CROSSBACK 1.5 WOMEN
It's for the surfer or rider who typically wears a swimsuit in summer but wants a bit more support and protection, without needing a long-sleeved shorty.
The ION size guide higher on the page provides height and weight for each size. It also gives the chest circumference. A wetsuit should be chosen to fit snugly when dry, with no air creases. If you are between two sizes, call us. The range goes from 34/XS to 40/L.
Rinse it with fresh water after each session, inside out, and let it dry in the shade on a wide hanger. Never in the sun or on a radiator, never folded wet in a bag. Do not pull on the straps to hang it.
We are a kite and wing shop in Pornichet, on the Atlantic coast. We also sell surf gear. We ride all year in water that drops below ten degrees in February. We wear ION wetsuits before selling them.
