THE DETAILS
DUOTONE DOWNWINDER SLIM D/LAB 2026
A revolution
The Duotone Downwinder Slim D/LAB 2026 is designed to push the limits of SUP downwind and wingfoil. Its Hollow Shell Composite construction offers the perfect balance of light weight and stiffness, turning every session into a pure foiling experience. This technology cuts the board's weight by around 30% compared to an SLS model, with a saving of up to 1.6 kg, delivering an exceptional ride feel.
Early Take-Offs and Longer Flights
Its narrow outline and profile allow for an early take-off and instant acceleration, even with smaller foils. Once up on foil, the board feels smooth and stable. The carefully calibrated tail rocker makes take-offs easier and adds a greater margin for error when you're pumping to build speed.
Light swing weight for total control
Thanks to its low weight and high stiffness, the Downwinder Slim D/LAB handles like a much smaller board, while still having the volume you need for easy starts and stability. This translates to more efficient pumping, smoother transitions, and a quicker response in all conditions.
Optimized Hull and Rails for Performance
The monoconcave hull ensures an efficient glide and makes for quick, forgiving touch-downs without killing your speed. The long carbon foil tracks offer a huge range of adjustment, ensuring compatibility with different foil types and brands.
Premium Features
The air vent is larger than on the previous version, protecting the board's structure by releasing pressure build-up during transport or storage. Every element of the board is designed for performance, durability, and comfort on the water.

Oscar
I've been passionate about sailing since 2008, when I started on catamarans. I went on to become a sailing instructor, specializing in Lasers and cats. In 2020, with my first paychecks, I discovered wingfoiling and was hooked instantly. I love the sport's versatility: freeride, Surf, and the potential for huge jumps. My favorite spots are Granville and Quiberon, but since moving here, I love riding in the bay of La Baule and at the beaches in Pornichet, La Turballe, and Sorlock.
