Has the latest kite new releases ahead of time! Greg and Adrien are very nice, available and give good advice even when it's close to closing time. Numerous test events on the beach or at the shop.

I ordered a Twintip North X-Ride and received it perfectly packaged. Impeccable so far. But one of the 4 Track Nuts wasn't threaded!!?? So a quick call to the Shop and Adrien sent me a replacement Track Nut. In short: impeccable!!!
