HB, the French surf kite brand:
As a designer and developer since 2011, the HB Surkite brand's quest has always been to offer products that perfectly match what riders want: the best technical, beautiful, and effective products.
We often talk about the feeling of a kite range or brand, and the designer is its DNA. Each designer has their own feeling, and it is Hervé Bouré and his team, through their developments, who set the tone for HB Surf.
Who is Hervé:
“You have to dare to live your dreams and be able to leave without any regrets.”
Hervé Bouré, creator and extreme adventurer, is always ready to push the limits of what's possible. He has always been driven by the discovery of new horizons and new technologies to advance the sport.
HB-surfkite is the physical synthesis and spokesperson for the evolution of kitesurfing, exclusively focused on strapless riding.
Key dates to remember:
-1999: his encounter with Kitesurfing.
-Followed by 15 years of competitions, trips, and encounters around the world.
-2003-2004: Wave World Champion (Wave Master KPWT).
-2009: developer of Takoon brand kitesurfing kites and boards.
-Since 2012: Designer of Takoon kites.
-And finally, on July 14, 2012: Launch of his own Surfkite brand / HB-SURFKITE.
All these years have helped HB SURF progress; the experience has allowed them to release increasingly technical and high-quality products every year. HB has committed to this task and meets its objectives year after year. It is, above all, for the love of KITE. Even today, it is this drive that inspires them and helps them release the best products, allowing them to live our passion for surfing without limits!
GlissEvolution shares the same goals:
To offer high-end products for beginner riders and the most demanding ones.

Kite design is a specialized craft that Hervé has mastered for years. Manufacturing in the world's best factory with the most demanding specifications and unique surfboards means we are proud to offer you the HB range in-store and on our website.
HB's strategy is not to renew equipment every year, but only when a technological innovation makes it worthwhile. The Legion V2, with its new design and double bridle system, replaces the Legion V1 you've known for several years.
Biax technology isn't new this year, but double Biax has just appeared on the ANTI surf kite, for even more flex for freestylers.
