I tested the Rocket Wing Crossover 5'6-83 liters in about 15 knots, equipped with an F-One 85 cm carbon mast, a Seven Seas 1100 DW 170 foil, and a Strike V5 Aluula 4.5 m² wing. Even before getting it in the water, I was impressed by its finish, rail and nose protectors, and elegant design.
The new pad offers more grip, and its lightness promises great sensations. On the water, stability is excellent, and take-off is immediate. The board reacts quickly, turns easily, and allows for smooth foot changes. In Surf, it pumps and relaunches effortlessly, and instantly takes off again after water contact. For me, an accessible, high-performance, and versatile board.
Sylvie, a true favorite
After several sessions in winds ranging from 14 to 25 knots, this Rocket Wing Crossover is a real favorite. What struck me was its ability to adapt to all conditions: on flat water, it's light underfoot and allows for effortless transitions; in waves, it remains stable, responsive, and very pleasant to Surf.
Its major strong point is how easily it takes off and planes. In addition to its technical qualities, I love its look, shape, color, and simplicity: it's magnificent. A board that combines performance, comfort, and elegance. I recommend it 100%.

From my first runs with the Rocket Wing Crossover 5'6, I was amazed by its stability. It's super reassuring, especially in chop or when the wind is irregular.
